Stamp Duty Land Tax rates are changing from 1 April 2025, when the temporary increases to the thresholds that were put in place in September 2022, are due to come to an end. Conveyancing Direct will endeavour to complete your transaction before the expiration of these temporary reductions on 31 March 2025. However, we cannot guarantee completion before this date as your transaction will rely on a number of factors outside of our control.

On 1^st June 2023 Countrywide Conveyancing Services merged with Conveyancing Direct Limited (Conveyancing Direct).  Both Countrywide Conveyancing Services and Conveyancing Direct are part of the Connells Group of companies and this merger was part of a group restructure. Conveyancing Direct is, and will continue to be, regulated by the CLC.
